We will offer guests clear instructions on how to operate appliances, heating and cooling systems, and other potentially hazardous equipment. Inform them about any specific risks or precautions they should be aware of. We will maintain communication with guests, establish house rules and vet guests properly.

What steps do you take to screen and vet potential guests?

We request guests to provide their full name, contact details, and a valid ID. This can include a driver's license, passport, or any other government-issued identification and ensure that the information provided matches the booking details.

We will communicate with potential guests through the booking platform or via email/phone calls and use this opportunity to ask them specific questions about their purpose of stay, number of guests, and any special requirements they may have.

If the potential guests have stayed at other properties before, we will check their reviews and ratings on various platforms and look for feedback from previous hosts to get an idea of their behaviour, cleanliness, and adherence to house rules.

How do you handle marketing and advertising to attract more guests?

We will help you create an appealing and detailed listing that highlights the unique features, amenities, and benefits of your rental property. Using high-resolution photos that showcase the property in its best light. And write a compelling description that captivates potential guests and accurately portrays the experience they can expect.

We will list your property on popular vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Lekker Slaap etc to leverage their wide reach and user base to increase your property's visibility. As well as ensure that your listing is optimized with relevant keywords, accurate pricing, and availability information.

We are able to create a dedicated property website if you choose this option. Where we help you to establish a dedicated website for your rental property. This allows you to showcase your property independently and have more control over the branding and messaging. Include detailed information, photos, testimonials, and a booking system on your website. Optimizing your website for search engines to improve its visibility.
